Used Metronix ARS 2310 UL servo positioning controller (serial no. 002825). Three-phase digital AC servo drive from the ARS 2300 series for cabinet mounting, designed for 3×230…480 V AC ±10 % mains with 1 A input (50–60 Hz) and three-phase 3×0…360 V AC, 10 A, 0…1000 Hz motor output as indicated on the UL-labelled nameplate and described in Metronix ARS 2300 technical documentation. Typical rated power for ARS 2310 is around 5 kW at 230 V AC with up to 10 Aeff rated and 20 Aeff peak output current for short durations, and the controller includes active power factor control, integrated brake chopper, 24 V DC control supply, extensive I/O and universal encoder interfaces (resolver, incremental, SinCos and absolute encoders) as well as expansion slots for fieldbus options such as CANopen, PROFIBUS, Ethernet and others. This unit shows normal cosmetic signs of industrial use, was removed from a working machine, and has not been further tested by us.
