HED series water-cooled thermo controller heat exchanger with 300 W cooling capacity, designed for precise temperature control of chemical and facility water circuits. 48 V input, 8 A max, 0–0.35 MPa chemical circuit pressure and 0–0.5 MPa facility water pressure. Japanese-made recirculating thermal control unit for semiconductor, plating and process equipment.
