Used Metronix ARS 2105 servo positioning controller from the ARS 2100 series (serial no. 000589). Compact digital AC servo drive for control cabinet mounting, designed for single-phase 1×100…230 V AC ±10 %, 6.4 A, 50–60 Hz input and three-phase 3×0…270 V AC, 5 A, 0…1000 Hz motor output as shown on the nameplate and detailed in Metronix documentation. Typical rated power is around 1.0 kVA with up to 10 A peak current for 5 s, and the controller includes active PFC, 24 V DC control supply, multiple digital and analogue I/O and universal encoder interface options (resolver, incremental, SinCos and absolute encoders) depending on version. This unit was removed from a working machine, shows normal cosmetic signs of use on the housing and connectors, and has not been further tested by us.
